Elderberry Adams (sambucus adams) is a native heavy producing variety. Produces very juicy purple berries.These plants have long been prized by many for their versatility. They are great for jelly, but are also good in pies and sauces, especially when mixed with other fruits to add a punch. They also possess many purported medicinal benefits.
Flower heads attracts bees, butterflies and birds.
Not considered self pollinating, best to plant with York. Grows 6-10′ tall. Space approx. 10′ apart.
