Shipping Policy

We will process and ship orders as close to your preferred ship date as possible, with allowances made for weather conditions and plant availability. If your item is available for immediate shipment, we will process your order to ship within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).

Billing Policy

If we are unable to ship your order due to crop failure or some other reason, we will refund your CC charge.  When ordering for future shipment, please make sure to check expiration date of card, so that we are able to process any refunds promptly

Pricing Policy

We are in the business of selling plants and related gardening products. We do not build inflated shipping & handling costs into our price & offer “free shipping”. We price our plants & goods accordingly. Shipping charges reflect our best estimate of the cost to pack & ship product to you based on weight and your address.

Privacy Policy

When you do business with Gardenland your personal information will be kept private and confidential. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and safeguarding your account, transaction, and personal information. Such information is considered confidential and non-public.

Return Policy

All of our plants are carefully grown, selected and packed for shipment to insure they  arrive ready for proper planting for your satisfaction. We are proud you have chosen us to help you improve your personal environment.

If any plant item you purchased from us does not live, for a plant replacement, please return the original shipping label along with your written request. Please make any requests within 8 months of receipt. We will send replacement during next proper planting time depending on availability.  We will have to charge for shipping and will require updated billing method at time of shipment.

If your yard & garden accessory product is damaged in shipment, please return it together with the original shipping label for a free replacement within 1 month of receipt.
