Hydrangea macrophylla red features large heads of carmine red ‘Mop Head’ flowers in late spring/early summer. Flower color in acidic soil will shade to blue.

Compact shrub 2.5 – 3′ tall when mature. Full to partial sun.

12/15″ plant.

Hardy in zones 5-9 without protection.
